How to manage your bandwidth usage (WordPress)

If you've received notification that you are reaching your bandwidth limit or have exceeded it, this article will give you advice on managing that issue.

1. Ensure that all your images are optimised - more more information on image optimisation read our blog post on the subject >

2. Install a plugin to optimise your site generally - this will have benefits besides reducing bandwidth.  We recommend the following:
Better WordPress Minify
WP Rocket

3. Activate CloudFlare where CloudFlare hosts images and static files to reduce bandwidth.

If you have tried all of these and are still experiencing issues, contact us and we can look into it for you.
