From 23rd Dec 2014 to 3rd Jan 2015, Create Hosting will be operating with a skeleton crew as our hard-working staff take some time off to be with friends and family :).
If your support request is non-urgent, please consider coming back and submitting the ticket in the New Year.
If your support request is urgent, please mark the ticket as URGENT. Note that most sysadmin work requested during this holiday period will be billable.
We will respond to any emergency / server down issues as normal (i.e. 24x7x365). We may take one to three days to respond to other issues. If you require support before then, please put the word URGENT in the subject line.
