Holiday Hours - Christmas 2015/2016

It's official! We're on holiday. Our hard working office staff will be taking time off during the Christmas holidays so we'll be closed from today, 24 December and will re-open on Monday, 11 January.
During this period we will be operating on a skeleton staff. You can expect all emergency support / server down issues to be attended to as normal (i.e. 24x7x365). Other issues will be responded to within 1 to 3 days. If you do have an emergency please put URGENT in the subject line of your support ticket.
