A payment gateway transaction fee will be applied to payments made through PayPal and Credit Card. This fee will be automatically included during the checkout process and will also be added to any recurring invoices where PayPal or Credit Card is selected as the preferred payment method. The payment gateway charges are aligned with Create Hosting's current rates, which are currently 3.4% + 0.45 NZD per transaction for PayPal and 2.5% per transaction for Credit Card. This will come into effect on August 15th 2023.
To avoid these transaction fees, we encourage payment by Bank Transfer instead and recommend setting up an automated payment for ease of mind.
